About this section (Press Releases)

Generally issued by Press Agencies, Press Release sheets often include the date and the words, For Immediate Release. Their topics can be anything related to the band (release dates, cancelled shows, critics...). Sent to media outlets mainly, sometimes to concert promoters and venues as well, they were never available for sale to the general public. Not to be confused with the sometimes similar information/biography sheets included in Press Kits issued by the record company.
