- 12″ vinyl at 45 rpm (hence an EP and not a LP).
- Catalog number appears slightly differently on the cover (xer 014T) and on the disc labels (XERO 14 T).
- Incorrect hand-etched serial number “XER-016T” (test pressing number) near the center label is struck through on both sides.
- Plastic inner sleeve with hole revealing label on one side only.
- Approximately 5,000 total copies were printed among the EP and CD formats.
