- The Sage Café was owned by Mike Hogan and his wife, Siobhan. Located on Catherine Street, it had built a reputation for fine food and friendly service. Sadly, after 11 years of serving award winning food & coffee, Mike and Siobhan decided to close it and pursue other adventures on 25 September 2017.
