- The Cranberries played The Parkway on 3 October 1991.
- The building is now a language center with classrooms. Back in 90s however, Student Unions would run the place and organise gigs that took place upstairs, on the left, while there was a dance-floor for disco nights on the right. There were an hotel and a pub on the ground-floor.
