- Dolores O’Riordan sang “Happy Xmas (War Is Over)” twice: during the “Concerto di Natale in Vaticano” in 2002 and the “Concerto di Natale at Monté-Carlo” in 2006. All the artists performing at those concerts sang the song together.
- The original song was first released as a single in 1971 by John Lennon & Yoko/Plastic Ono Band with the Harlem Community Choir.
