The song was performed by Claudio Baglioni and Richard Cocciante at the “Natale in Vaticano · Concerto per le Missioni d’Oriente” on 3 December 2005. At the end of the song all the other artists who performed that night joined them and Dolores was obviously one of them and didn’t have a solo part.
In January 2006, Gianluca Terranova’s website published photos of the rehearsals. Two photos showed Dolores rehearsing “White Christmas” with Gianluca Terranova, Claudio Baglioni, Riccardo Cocciante and Giuliano Sangiorgi (singer for Negramaro).
The song was written by Irving Berlin in 1940. It’s one of the most popular Christmas song and one of the most recorded.
