NOTES
- Almost identical to v1, with only a slight difference: on the disc, the catalog number and credits are slightly off-center. For example, in 314-524 050-2, the “3” touches the line on the left, unlike in v1.
- Just like v1 the layout around the center hole of the disc is actually mirror-like (photos above show the same disc, even though they appear different. One was taken with a camera, while the other was scanned, which makes it look darker).
- All the rest (booklet and back cover) remains unchanged compared to v1.
