NOTES
- “VHS-type” clear PVC clamshell case.
- The retail price is now vertically printed and near the tracklist.
- There is a black bar to hide the old retail price (which was the same on v1… weird!?)
- There is a few different packing dates for this version, ranging approximately from mid-1994 to mid-1995. Look for the PKD info, it is usually stamped on the back cover (above photo: PKD/S/1/95 meaning packing date January 1995).
