NOTES
- On the disc, close to the center hole, there is a thin circle which is not on v1. (Also the background color seems a bit different or is it just a bad scan?)
- No more “Made in Germany” next to the matrix number, therefore, it’s unclear whether this version really is coming from Germany or not.
- All the rest (booklet and back cover) remains unchanged.
