“Everybody Else” to be re-released again on 22 May 2026

March 31, 2026  |  13 Comments  |  by Axl  |  The Cranberries

The Cranberries have annouced today, the release of multiple new editions of “Everybody Else…” featuring new 2026 stereo mixes by producer Stephen Street, a reimagined remix of “Linger” by CHVRCHES’ Iain Cook, Spanish versions of “Linger” and “Dreams” featuring Bratty and ANASOF, unreleased bonus tracks, and expanded liner notes.

Judging by the many negative comments on social media (Facebook for instance), fans are seriously starting to get fed up with these endless reissues… In fact, we gladly include ourselves among them, and this news will definitley be brief and not very detailed. Up to you to check the official link and see if you really need these new CD, LP, colored LP, and other overpriced triple vinyl editions.

“Linger” Spanish Mix (2026) has been available on streaming platforms and YouTube for a few hours.

As usual there’s also related merch on the band’s official store (both US and UK), and they’re even taking the opportunity to throw in a black vinyl version of “Uncertain”… as if this were the right moment!

    Totally bored indeed

Spanish versions and stupid remixes…seriously. Is this a cover record or what, unbelievable how greedy they have become. I’ll pass.

Possibly new songs titles: “Cold weather”, “Ready to die” & “Straight from Bolivia” (DARK); “One more time” (Dolores), “Hair dye” (Dolores & Noel)

The Dolores official site is hinting about new music releases, this year… maybe some deluxe editions of her albums, with bonus tracks ?

Sorry, I’m a bit confused…. where are the Spanish versions ? I’m looking at the 2cd edition and there are no live tracks (thanks again!), I’m looking at the 3 vinyl edition and I can see the remixes and the live tracks but no Spanish versions. It’s funny cos the 2cd edition description include the Astoria tracks, but no mention in the tracklist. Longtime fans are essentially buying those 2cd for the Ian Cook remix ??? They could have add the Uncertain EP tracks, cos they remastered it, But maybe it it all saved for another reissue.

Sorry for the double post, but this is from the press release:
Alongside new stereo mixes by Street and the dreamy remix of “Linger” by CHVRCHES’ Iain Cook, added to the expanded editions of the album are special Spanish mixes featuring two of Latin America’s biggest buzz-making artists. The bedroom pop stylings of Mexican artist Bratty transform “Linger” into a Spanglish-inflected gorgeous ballad that pays special respect to the original. Oaxaca’s Anasof embraces the ethereal lushness of “Dreams” and reshapes it into a dazzling Latin tribute.

Who needs audio tracks of the london astoria? Really? Are these tracks unreleased, I don’t think so.

‘The Cranberries announce 33rd anniversary reissue’ LOL, sound like losers, I feel ashamed for them, and I really like this first album.

    Again!?!
    April fools, right?

It’s nice to have all the b-sides from this album in one place on the 3LP (minus the Uncertain EP), but they should have done this expanded vinyl for the 25th or 30th anniversary. I agree the reissues are getting a bit silly. And although I’ve bought it, the 3LP is very expensive. I was really unhappy when the NNTA then released MTV Unplugged a few months later separately. I quite like the Iain Cook remixes, but the Spanish one is not for me. I’m glad it’s not on the vinyl. I wish they’d release the full Live 1994 and Beneath The Skin concerts on vinyl, and if there are any recordings from the Something Else tour, that would be so special.
I know there’s a lot of unreleased Dolores stuff – which they’ve teased us with releasing for years now (ps. there’s been some minor updates to Dolores’ official website very recently, which may hint that something is coming!!), but The Cranberries will doubtfully have many more unreleased tracks we’ve ever heard before. They’re going to have to rely on legacy re-issues. But again, there’s loads of things they could release instead of another reissue of this album. I’m guessing a 3LP of TTFD is on it’s way lol.
