It seems that Spain has hit yet another snag in a long line of delays in recent Cranberries releases. The VHS edition of “Beneath the Skin”, scheduled to release in February, has been yet again put on hold.

Previously, Island/Universal explained that the video was still in production for Castillian Spanish subtitles. However, other such subtitled editions have already been released for months in countries such as France, Germany, and Italy. Universal has been contacted, but no response thus far. Most have given up hope for its release.

This is only one of the many release woes of Spain since “Bury the Hatchet”. Singles and even “The Complete Sessions” have all be delayed or cancelled there, due the large mess created by the merge of Island and Universal.
