The BBC 4 is still repeating original Top Of The Pops programmes in 2023. Yesterday aired the one with The Cranberries playing “Zombie” first broadcast on 29 September 1994.

Andy Rourke, bassist for The Smiths, D.A.R.K. who also collaborated with many artists such as The Pretenders, Sinead O’Connor, Ian Brown has died aged 59.
