To commemorate the launch of the Terra network in Brazil, Dolores and Fergal were scheduled to participate in a web chat with fans. Unfortunately, Dolores was out buying last-minute Christmas gifts for her children, and was stuck in traffic, leaving Noel to do the chat alone.

One bit of very interesting and exciting news arose — that the band holds a bit more in store for 2002 than just a “greatest hits” compilation. Here’s what was said:

On the site ZombieGuide, I read a news article that that said you will go to launch a new album in 2002. Will it be a compilation of the best songs of these past 10 years of your career or will it be an album with new songs?
