Hennessy International is giving their Facebook fans a chance to perform at the Cognac’s Blues Passions festival 2012 – where The Cranberries will also be featured.
People can submit a video entry of their own performance to the “Be Heard. Be Found.” tab on the Hennessy +Country Facebook page, submitting their music online for a chance to take their music to the Blues Passions festival stage.
All video entries will be judged by an esteemed judging panel including: Hennessy International, Blues Passions, and Clash Magazine before being given to the public to vote on the “Be Heard. Be Found.” tab on Facebook. The final step will see the judging panel pick their top three finalists to take their music from online
to onstage at Blues Passions, a festival that has hosted performances by musical legends including B.B. King, Gil Scott Heron and Ray Charles as well as Massive Attack, Moby, Taj Mahal, and Jamie Cullum.
The “Be Heard. Be Found.” talent quest are looking for musicians that can bring their own musical uniqueness and dynamic performances to Blues Passions. Staying true to the roots of music and the Blues heritage carried out by the festival, all entries must fit into the genres of Blues, Soul, Funk, Folk, R & B, Boogie, Swing, Country, Gospel, Hip Hop, Slam, Rock’n Roll …
The “Be heard. Be found.” Talent Quest opens Monday 9th April, 2012.
