It seems numerous fans who bought tickets for the London show and Spanish shows on Ticketmaster (.co.uk /.es) are struggling to receive a refund as they live abroad. Some reported they emailed and called Ticketmaster but never got any answer!
Please, do feel free to let us a comment if you know anything about Ticketmaster’s refunds so we can know how many people are concerned and how to help them.
If you’re English, Spanish or from anywhere else but you do know how to obtain an answer from Ticketmaster or how to get a refund, we’d be grateful if you could share your experience to help those who are meeting difficulties.

Hello, I wrote on the official site , Ticketmaster. They have such a section for questions and stuff like that. They responded to me immediately and resumed my money in one week.
