If you ordered more than 2 months ago now The Ultimate Live Collection boxset and still haven’t received it, do not panic it is normal. It seems nobody received it yet. No your package is not lost, it is not even shipped!

These past days we’ve had quite a few messages and emails from fans worried as they had not received their item. They also were complaining about the lack of communication of Concert Live and were wondering if any other people were in the same case.
So yesterday our webmaster decided to ask Concert Live directly, here below is the reply:

Hi,

We are just waiting on one more title to be produced as soon as we receive it we will be packaging up the box sets and dispatching them, by the end of this month at the latest, hopefully sooner. I apologise for the delay and lack of communication.
