A huge thanks to Cranberries Mexico and Andrea Nannelli (Cranberries Italia) who found out first details on D.A.R.K. debut album today.
As published yesterday, “Science Agrees” is to be released by Cooking Vinyl on May 27th (in Europe for sure, probably June 3rd in the US, we’ll get more details soon as far as other territories are concerned).

First thing fans will notice is that both Olé Koretsky and Dolores seem to be singing on the track. We don’t know yet if that’s the case on all tracks of the album.

Sounds quite unexpected… and I love it! Music is really cool, but I guess I need to get used to Dolores’ vocal style here. Very very interesting.

Finally some new music!! Seems like the wait has been forever! This is a very nice surprise!!! I like that it something different… A new sound. Im not sure if ole’s vocals are mecessary, but they arent terrible. Very excited to hear this album and to her jer upcoming album with the orchestra!

I really like it. About Ole singing, when he starts at the beginning it’s overpowering, but after that the voices and music blend together quite nicely. I like he unique sound, it’s definitely not Cranberries or Dolores solo.
I agree. His voice sounds pitchy and too loud in the beginning. Its sounds better later in the song.

At last!!!! New sound.. very interesting.. If Cranberries is gonna give us the same or something as bad as Roses, I think Dolores should stay on her own.. solo albums and like this.. My ears say thanks, it’s new! She’s back!

I love this song very much. I like the new style, lyrics, subject, music, production. I thing Koretsky’s and O’Riordan’s voices are matching quite good. What I really like is that she is finally leaning toward something that is as indie as this is. By the way, I think “Roses” are excellent album, very delicate and soothing, there’s nothing as cringeworthy on it like it was the case with their third album. But I definitely agree there’s no point in making another album like “Roses”.
It seems that Dolores is out of comfort zone for some time and although it is hard experience it’s also stimulative for an artist.

It’s terrible Dolores can do a lot better than this crap!!
I think “Steal You Away” is much better than the single. Dolores’ vocals are hardly at the best on it, but that´s ok, I can´t expect much in a parallel project. Still, better than nothing.
