The European TV station “Arte” just recently aired a new concert from the ‘Berries, recorded at the Festival des Vieilles Charrues in Carhaix, Brittany, France. Below are some still shots from the concert, which show off Dolores’ new 60’s-style haircut. There were an estimated 150,000 people at the festival.
For those in Europe that missed the show, it will be re-aired on August 19th on ARD Digital, which means you must have digital service to receive it.

Exclusive: New DVD Info!!

August 2, 2000  |  Comments Off on Exclusive: New DVD Info!!  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

I recently contacted Image Entertainment, the publishing company of the upcoming Cranberries VHS and DVD “Beneath the Skin”. Here is the reponse, direct from a customer representative:

“Consider this info “unofficial” and please DO NOT quote me since the title has not yet been announced by Image.

The Cranberries concert you refer to was never “officially” announced so it really has not been pushed back at all. The announcement you are referring to was about the fact that Image licensed the show. That happens months before it’s release. In fact the source material was only turned over to us for creation of the DVD within the past 2 weeks. The process from this point is a production and distribution one. It will take a few months to complete the mastering, QC, authoring, compression, packaging, approvals, pressing etc. Once complete it is scheduled for release which looks like just after the first of the year (End of January or February). I can tell you that the extras will be awesome. Here is a sample of the things that it will include:

DTS and Dolby 5.1 Audio
Band and Drew Documentaries
MTV Unplugged Footage
Still Photos and more…”

What’s more? It looks like Zombieguide may be able to fetch an EXCLUSIVE downloadable clip of “Beneath the Skin” in the near future! More info to come soon.

All Tour Dates Cancelled

July 30, 2000  |  Comments Off on All Tour Dates Cancelled  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

This really should come as not much of a surprise. Due to Dolores’ delicate condition four months into pregnancy, all tour dates left on the European leg have been cleared. The official page explains:

“July 29th 2000

Hi, it’s me the bearer of bad news again. OK where to begin?? First of all we’d like to apologise to anyone who came to Zeebrugge in Belgium to see us, we didn’t make it there in time to play because our plane had broken-down and we had to wait for another one to arrive. So by the time plane no.2 arrived we had lost our slot to play.

And there’s more, as you have already heard we have cancelled our remaining four gigs. Dolores went for a check-up to her Gynaecologist and was recommended to get a lot more rest. She was flying from Ireland to the gigs in various parts of Europe and most flights were at least 2 1/2 hours long, so that’s 5 hours flying a day plus a concert. It’s hard enough to do that shit when you are fully fit, not to mind being 4 months pregnant. We have always said that health must come first, so apologies again to anyone who was due to see us, I’m sure you understand. The important thing is that both Dolores and her baby are fine. Don’t worry, we will be touring again when we finish this new album next year so we will DEFINATELY play these shows then.

Speaking of the new album we begin recording on the 21st of August in Dublin. We have six weeks booked and we have about ten songs. When we finish after that we will take some more time to write and rehearse and then finish off the album. We said we wouldn’t rush or put any pressure on ourselves, so when we think it’s ready, then we will release it. I’ll fill you in on all the latest going’s on in the studio and I also have some photo’s from the tour which I’ll put up when Rainer our webmaster gets back from holiday’s.

That’s it, apologies again,

Talk to ya’ later,

-Fergal.

July 27th 2000

For health reasons, it was necessary to cancel the last 4 remaining “Loud And Clear Tour” shows in Spain (26th July) , Switzerland (28th July), Poland (30th July) and Denmark (12th August). As was earlier mentioned on this web page (see below) Dolores is expecting a child, and it was not possible for her to continue performing without health risks. The band wish to convey their deepest regrets to all fans who had planned to go to the shows.

A personal message from Fergal will follow soon.”

Cranberries Mexican Coin

July 21, 2000  |  Comments Off on Cranberries Mexican Coin  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

Unlicensed merchandise is always interesting, and this is no exception. This was probably just one of the many items sold outside the National Auditorium earlier this year during the Cranberries’ gig in Mexico. It is a 50 pesos coin, one that is long out of circulation. That probably means that one couldn’t spend this coin, but it’s weird none the less.

Album “Ready for Spring”

July 18, 2000  |  Comments Off on Album “Ready for Spring”  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

Dolores announced just recently to a crowd in Spain during a gig that album #5 will be ready for spring. The question here is whether the actual recording will be finished or if the album will be available. The former is probable. One may recall that “Bury the Hatchet” was finished in September 1998, but not released until April the following year.

A new single has been released in Spain, this one for the BTH tune “Copycat”. Of course the immediate question that hits most peoples’ minds is if a commercial single will follow? Only time will tell, as currently, neither single nor video plans have been announced. If made official, it will be the 5th single of “Bury the Hatchet”.

Dolores’ Pregnancy Confirmed!!

July 11, 2000  |  Comments Off on Dolores’ Pregnancy Confirmed!!  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

As a postscript to today’s update, Fergal confirms what has been rumored for weeks now: Dolores is now nearly three months pregnant with her second child.

“July 11th 2000

Hello there,

We are on the plane(July 8th) to the Belfort Festival in France. All is well! We had a ball in Tel-Aviv and Greece last week. It was our first time in both places and the weather was incredible. We had a good few days off so Noel, Mike and myself went out partying with some of our friends that we work with. I have never seen clubs like the ones in Greece, over 1,000 people, on the beach, 70’s disco music, open ’till 7 am, and the drink was free!!!!!!!!! The people there treated us really well. Betty Ford’s is looming in the distance. Although, I did swim for at least an hour a day, so that combats the drink a little, plus I gave up the cigarettes again.

Anyway here’s the important stuff. The gigs in Tel-Aviv, Athens and Thessaloniki were some of the best gigs we’ve done in ages. Everything just seemed to come together and we were all on form. The best thing was that in Athens the gig was down by the Harbour and there was a big road that was about 80 feet above the stage, so during the concert there was about 2,000 people watching us from the road for FREE!!! I love it. It’s great when stuff like that happens because unfortunately the promoter is the one in charge of the ticket prices, so it was great to see all these people who maybe couldn’t afford tickets, watching “The ‘Berries” for nothing. We also did two Festivals in Germany and to be honest they were a lot better than I expected. A festival is always different from your own show because 1st of all it’s not your gig, so not everyone in the audience is there to see you, which takes the pressure off, but on the other hand you have a whole new bunch of people that hopefully you can introduce “The Cranberries” music to. So it’s always a challenge, and a challenge is always good. I was talking to some of the lads from “Therapy” for a while. I had met them a few times before and they are really nice. I also saw the guys from “Gomez” there too but I was too embarrassed to say anything to them. I’m a bit of a fan of there stuff. Tonight at the Belfort Festival “Macy Gray” is playing so I hope to see her as I like some of her songs, but we have interviews so we’ll see.

Well I’d better go,
See you soon,
Fergal.

P.S.(July 9th)
Hi!
I didn’t get time to put this up last night but you are going to be happy about that ’cause, before we played “Animal Instinct” last night Dolores told the audience (in French) “I wrote this song after having my first baby, I’m now due my second”. Woo-Hoo!! Isn’t it amazing? She is almost 12 weeks pregnant and she is still rockin’ out!

The gig was great by the way, there was about 25 thousand people!! It’s a feeling like no other watching that many people go crazy in front of you!
I finally bought a digital camera so the photos will be coming very soon.

Fergal.”

New Band Photos

July 2, 2000  |  Comments Off on New Band Photos  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

The Israeli Cran fan who reported the news of Dolores’ pregnancy now has new photos from when she met the band at their hotel. Perhaps this is more evidence to those who thought that the pregnancy story was just a wild rumor. However… that stomach of Dolores’ doesn’t look bloated at all! Well, make your own decision, but for now, enjoy the band off-stage!

Also, a bit of (perhaps useless) trivia: The character on the fan’s shirt is pronouned “Oni” in Japanese and means “devil” or “demon”. (It is pronounced differently in Chinese, but has the same meaning)

Dolores is Pregnant!!!

June 30, 2000  |  Comments Off on Dolores is Pregnant!!!  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

According to The pretty Cranberries, Dolores has made an important announcement during the band’s stay in Israel. That announcement is that she is now two months pregnant!! It is a planned pregnancy, to coincide with the recording of the fifth album, which makes her due date Janurary 2001. This is so that she is away from the public for awhile and it does not interrupt touring or promo appearences, etc. This is quite understandable. Looks like Taylor will be getting a brother or sister three years younger than himself. Hopefully we’ll be getting some official word from the band very very soon!

Exclusive: Southside Festival Info, Impressions

June 26, 2000  |  Comments Off on Exclusive: Southside Festival Info, Impressions  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

The Cranberries were the second to last to play at last Friday’s Southside Festival in Europe, with Skunk Anansie being the very last. They were a little bit short on time, as, after all, this wasn’t a headline gig. The band got about an hour’s worth of playing time. Here’s the setlist:

Intro (the older one)
Promises
Loud and Clear
Wanted
Salvation
Desperate Andy
Go Your Own Way
Linger
When You’re Gone
I Can´t Be With You
Ridiculous Thoughts
Zombie

Encore:
——————-
Animal Instinct
Free to Decide
Delilah
Dreams

Our contributor Bernd got yet another chance to take photos, but the stage was high up and far away, so the shots aren’t as good as his previous ones.
And as for Dolores, she wore a denim jacket, probably one of the CK ones, similar to the one worn for “Linger” on Sessions at West 54th. Because of the time restraints, she wasn’t able to change either clothes or instruments.

Official News

June 20, 2000  |  Comments Off on Official News  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

Woohoo! Fergal lets the fans in on a tentative title of a new song, inspired by the band’s recent gig in Africa. More news from the official page:

“Hi,

I’m home from holidays, apologies again for my lack of writing but we’ve been really busy, and when I’m not working I’m up to my ears in babies pooh!! But I’m loving every minute of it. Anyway enough emotional warbling Lawler you gobshite.

All the gigs have been going really well, I don’t think we’ve had a bad gig this leg of the tour (fingers-crossed). We had an absolute ball down in South Africa. It was our first time there and we were treated really well by everyone. We even have a new song with the possible title of “Down In Capetown”, the lyrics of which are about the trip down there through Dolores’ eyes.

On the subject of new songs we have been working away in between concerts and we have about ten or so. We hope to have around twenty-ish songs when we go into the studio in August. That way we have extra songs to choose from and you have extra songs for B-sides!! We are really looking forward to recording again ’cause the new stuff is staring to take shape and you can get a rough idea of what it’s basically going to sound like, but the fun of recording is that they change so much with all the different layers. It’s been a long time since we worked with Stephen Street and he always managed to capture that special something, so roll on August.

We also did a gig in Prague which was our first ever and we were really impressed, but unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to see any of the sights, as we flew home right after the show. So maybe next time.

We played in Sweden for the first time in about five years and it was excellent! We went on-stage at 12:30 am and it was still kind of dusky, as it doesn’t get fully dark there at this time of year. After the show we went back to the hotel for a few drinks and I saw the sun rise at 3:00 am,….. weiirddd!!

Well I’m off to rehearsal again now, we are just dusting ourselves off after our holidays, and also brushing up on the new stuff; so I promise I won’t leave it so long the next time (but I’m sure I’ve said that before, so your faith in me is probably deteriorating rapidly!).

The Tour page has been updated today too to finally name the last remaining unnamed venues.

-Fergal.”

“Still Can’t…” Has Changed — Alot!

June 14, 2000  |  Comments Off on “Still Can’t…” Has Changed — Alot!  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

You may have heard something about it, but not heard it for yourself. With the addition of “Still Can’t (Recognize the Way I Feel)” to the European setlist, the Cranberries have changed the song a bit, a la the new beginning to “Pretty”. I just got to hear the new version for myself last night, from the Bruxelles, Belgium show. Trying to describe a song is usually a bit tough, but put it this way — they’re giving the Yamaha a run for the money! There’s quite alot of keyboards now to the end, along with some added guitar chords. Quite a refreshing, new sound, and is probably one of the best benefits of collecting new live shows, as the band now won’t do any new songs for fear of bootlegging. (But won’t this only increase the demand for a new single, etc.?? That’s another rant…)

The show isn’t the best of quality, so I can’t wait til I get one with even better quality. Until then, I encourage you to check this one out.

Free Cranberries Gig!

June 12, 2000  |  Comments Off on Free Cranberries Gig!  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

According to cranberries.nets.pl, the venue for the upcoming Polish gig has been determined. The concert will take place Gdynia (in the north of Poland) on July 30th. What’s more? The concert will be entirely free, no tickets required! (I’m assuming there’s going to be alot of advertising to cover the costs…) Anyway, let’s just hope this doesn’t turn out like the free gig in Washington, DC awhile back, which ended up in a riot.

Official News

June 10, 2000  |  Comments Off on Official News  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

Looks like a bittersweet mix of good news and bad news for European fans who planned on/are planning on attending gigs:

“Hello there! Yes, I know, it has been a long long time since I last wrote, my apologies, but we really have been busy. Right now I am on am on a small holiday, and as soon as I return I promise to write some more detailed stuff. There is however something important that I want to talk about right now.

A week ago on June 3rd, we were supposed to play a show near Leipzig in Germany, at the Woodstage Festival. As many of you may already know, we decided not to play the show. I understand that many of you were, and probably still are very angry or disappointed that we did not play. Let me try to explain why. We arrived at the venue, to receive bad reports from our crew. Firstly it was apparent that the security for the band could not be guaranteed. The backstage security to put it kindly was very lax. There was no guarantee for our safety, and our concern in the band goes mainly for our female front person Dolores. As well as the security issue, we also had a problem with the size of the stage. It was too small for us to set up the show we want to deliver. Upon booking the show, we were advised of completely different stage conditions. With these things in mind we decided not to play the show. Poor security was the main reason for our decision. Our sincere apologies to all Cran fans that made the journey to see us. We hope you will understand.

I also have an apology to our Scandinavian fans. We did a show in Umea, Sweden that we did not at all list on our website. This was not intentional, simply an oversight on our behalf. Ooops! Sorry. We will punish the webmaster.

Also, SPANISH FANS, some news for you. We have added an extra show in GIJON on Wednesday 26th July at the City Festival. We hope that this will also in some way make up for the cancelled Esparragorock show.

I am afraid I have some bad news for our Turkish fans. Our show there has been cancelled, as the promoter backed out. This is a situation beyond our control. It’s a real pity; we were so looking forward to playing in Istanbul.

That’s it for now. Many thanks to you all for your patience with us and this website.

Slan for now,

-Fergal.”

Thanks again to our frequent contributor, Bernd Dittrich, we have an exclusive review of last Saturday’s gig.

“Hi Alex,
the concert in Prag was not on Monday, but on Saturday.
In opposite to the other concerts, they played in Europe on this tour, they played “Go your own way” and “I just shot John Lennon”. They didn´t play “You and me” and “Dying in the sun” this time.
I´m sorry, I don´t know the exact play list, but it was something like this:

Promises
Animal Instinct
Loud and Clear
Linger
Ode to my family
Wanted
Salvation
Desperate Andy
When you´re gone
Free to decide
Walzing back
Pretty
Zombie
Go your own way
Ridiculous Thoughts
Can´t be with you

I just shot J.Lennon
Just my imagination
Dreams

As soon as I received the photos, I will send you some scans.
Greetings from

Band Sues Universal?

May 2, 2000  |  Comments Off on Band Sues Universal?  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

European newspapers have been going wild with this recent story: The Cranberries are going to sue Island/Polygram/Universal for royalites. Is there any truth to this? Read the following article from Norwegian newspaper VG, translated by Frode Andersen

“Demand £ 2 mill. [Approx.]”
“The Cranberries sue their record company, Universal, for £ 2 millions [approx.]. The Irish popgroup claims that they have been conned for royalties in this amount for record sales outside of the U.K., in the time period between 1992 and 1997. The group has sold more than 30 million albums over the whole world during the last ten years.”

In case you’re not pound-friendly, £2 million is approximately $3.1 million US.

Thanks again to our contributor, Bernd Dittrich, we have scans of the just-released “Complete Sessions”. The inner art is very nice, as it is modern art-like renderings of BTH singles and related art. Also, the “eyeball” scene has been redone with a more surreal man facing the viewer (Put some pants on, man!). Enough of my yakking, check it out for yourself!

“Hi, How;s it going?,

We are in Cadiz in the South of Spain. We were supposed to play the Esparrago Festival last night(15th April) but unfortunately the promoter cancelled the show because of the weather. We were all sitting in the lobby of the hotel, ready to go when our tour manager walked in and said that he was talking to the promoter and that it was unsafe to play the concert as the wind and rain were blowing directly onto the stage and there was a danger of electrocution. So, we said we would wait here until today(16th April) to see if conditions improved and we might be able to play this afternoon, but we’ve just been told that it’s not going to happen.

I feel really bad for all the people who were camping out.Our crew were down at the festival site all day yesterday and they said the mud and water was everywhere. So, our appologies to you if you were there, but I’m afraid the only person to blame is Mother Nature! Hopefully we can come back to Spain later this year and play somewhere else!

Well, sorry to be the bearer of bad news, hopefully I’ll have better stuff to talk about next time,

talk to you soon,
Fergal.

How goes it out there in ‘Berry-land?

I’m sitting in our dressing room in Mexico City; last night’s show went great, we really had a ball! Brilliant audience here, as expected. Although I must apologise to all of you, as you had to wait for a few hours. Half of our equipment was stuck at customs in Miami and it didn’t arrive here ’till 8:00 and we had to delay the show ’till 9:00. But I was speaking afterwards to some people who had seen the show and they all said it was great. So hopefully tonight will be as good if not better (there’s always room for improvement!!!!).

There is a camera crew filming tonight also, because the two shows here were sold out and there were many people who couldn’t get tickets, so this is for you!! It will be shown soon on T.V. Azteca so watch out for it.

. Myself and Mike and Russ (our keyboardist) went out to the Pyramids here yesterday and it was amazing. We had a really cool guide called “Il Gorilla” who took us around for two hours, and then we had lunch with his family and friends. REAL Mexican food, nice and spicy yummm!! Dolores went out there today with her husband and they said that they really enjoyed it too.

Before we got here we were in Puerto Rico for the first time. We arrived there on Wednesday night and we did a quick rehearsal on Thursday. A few of us went out to Old San Juan with some friends that work with us, and did a bit of a pub-crawl; it reminded me a little bit of New Orleans, although everyone we met said it’s much better at weekends. Friday night was the gig, our first in a few months, and to be honest we had a really tough time because the sound on stage was crap. There was a deep “wooooh”type of drone going on for the whole show. Everyone was a bit pissed off afterwards because we thought the audience could hear it too, but luckily we spoke to a lot of people who said there was great sound out front, so that helped cheer us up!

Ok. I’d better go and start warming up as we are on in less than an hour, so I’ll talk to you soon,

‘Bye,
Fergal

The Cranberries returned to Ireland yesterday after three consecutive sold-out shows (in Puerto Rico and Mexico City).

The band returned to the road for their first performances in 4 months. Their equipment arrived late to Mexico City and the concert was delayed by 2 hours as the equipment arrived 30 minutes after the show was to begin at 7:00pm.
The audience response was intense and they sang almost every song for all three shows. The band experienced sound problems on-stage in Puerto Rico, but the sound out front was better then ever for all three shows. A new front-of-house sound engineer is working for the band who has previously worked for U2 and REM.

The DVD and Video cassette of “Beneath The Skin: Live In Paris” release has been delayed due to editing and authoring the DVD menu. It looks like August or September will be the new release date. The audio can be previewed next week, with the release of “Bury The Hatchet – The Complete Sessions” which hits the stores on 17 April 2000. Seven tracks are taken from the show, which was recorded in Paris last December.

Fans in Spain have been hearing “Dreams” in two commercials and the record company has added the single to the “Bury The Hatchet” album as a bonus disc. The album has re-entered the charts over the last two weeks rising to #20, after 51 weeks of release.

The 2000 Tour schedule has been updated and posted. Stay tuned for more updates.

Mexico City Gig Review

April 11, 2000  |  Comments Off on Mexico City Gig Review  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

The band has just completed one their Mexico City gigs. A good mixture of old and new songs were done, but no new songs, as presumed before. The following review was written thanks to David Marquez

“I went to yesterday’s Cranberries concert in Mexico City, and I’d like to share my experience with you. I’ve been a Cran fan since the “Everybody else is doing it…” album release in Mexico, and have been listening to them since then. I also went to their first Mexico City concert when they were touring with the “No need to argue” album.
My girlfriend works at a local radio station, so she got us “Meet and Greet” tickets, so we could go to the aftershow “party” with the band. I was really excited about this so i took along with me the booklets from all their official albums so i could have them signed.
The concert started 1:30 hour late, because they had their equipment stopped at customs, but the waiting was worth. They played lots of Bury the Hatchet songs, starting the concert with Promises, but they also played Animal Instinct, Just my Imagination, Desperat Anda (whicha was really cool!), they did Delilah, and also Dying in the Sun. I was very happy because they played my all time favorite song: “Can’t be with you”, which in my opinion, along with Fleetwood Mac’s “Go your own way” were the best songs of the concert. They also played songs from the first album: Linger, Pretty (which i personally don’t like too much), Wanted (payed in a very fast tempo, sounds great!) and ended the concert with Dreams. The concert lasted 2:07 hours exactly.

There’s one thing i’d like to know your opinion: I think Dolores sucks big time as a dancer. There were several songs in which she “danced” and she looked very goofy, she has absolutely no rythm!!!

After the concert ended, we were taken backstage where we met them. I was AMAZED by Dolores cuteness. I can tell you that I didn’t think that Dolores was pretty. From all the photographs I’ve seen of her in my whole cran fan time, none of them reflects Dolores real beauty. My girlfriend and I had chance to speak a little bit with Dolores and Feargal, (they were supposed to be there only for 10 minutes) and Dolores (she’s so beautiful!) told us that she was amazed on how we’ll we spoke in english, we asked her to autograph our cd booklets and she kindly did, she asked us on our opinion on the concert, which we told her had been lots of fun, and then we asked her on what she thought about Mexico (maybe an obvious and stupid question) to which she answered she was very intrigued and interested by Mexican Culture, and that she’d like to have more time to visit some of the most important ancient sites in Mexico. I have to tell you that i couldn’t really pay much attention to what she said, becasue as I told you, she really is beautiful, and I just kept staring at her. Then we spoke with Feargal, he also asked us our opinion on the concert, he said that he had to play on rented equipment, because his drum set was never released by customs, then he told us that they were releasing a “Bury the Hatchet” rerealease, but with the complete session, meaning that all of the b-sides from that album would be available. They also said that they would record a new album to be released in the first months of 2001. We took a picture with the whole band, which as soon as i develop the film, i’ll send it to the list. I also have pictures (which I think may be good) of Dolores alone, and the band members alone, which I will also send them to you if you want to. The concert was lots of fun and brought me back lots of good memories by listening to old Cran songs. I was much more of a fan by the time i went to their first visit to Mexico, but nevertheless, i can tell you that meeting them made me very happy. If you ever have the chance to see Dolores, face to face (not on stage), you’ll be amazed by her simple beauty.

David Marquez”

Espárrago Rock 2000

April 10, 2000  |  Comments Off on Espárrago Rock 2000  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

The Cranberries’ playing time for the Espárrago Rock Festival, which will take place this Saturday in Spain has been confirmed. The band will play at an astounding 1:30 in the morning, one of the last bands to perform. They follow Skunk Anansie, which performs at 11:15 (So I suppose that means the Crans technically play on Sunday?)

Chunky News Bits

April 6, 2000  |  Comments Off on Chunky News Bits  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

The pretty Cranberries has posted a nice set of news bits, coming from a recent chat of the band at the Mexican page El Foco (“The Center”). The following has been confirmed:

-Album #5 is currently slated for a June 2001 Release
-The fifth album will include a 4-string quartet, as seen in the first few albums
-The band has finally gained full rights to the “Uncertain” EP and is considering including the tracks in an upcoming B-Sides/Rarities compilation (Can we say “Odd Bits & Hits”?)
-There has been quite a stir recently (ie “The Cranberries Revolution”) about MTV’s refusal to play “You and Me”. The band is not concerned, as there are many other ways to present their music.
-Dolores is still considering making a film when she gets time off from touring
-Fergal is in favor of MP3’s on the Internet, but Dolores is against it (Interesting… we all know Fergal can’t afford the real CD’s!)
-Fergal is very happy with the birth of his son
-They do not consider their music Celtic
-The band doesn’t think they are competeing with U2, as the only thing they have in common is their origin
-Dolores is planning on changing her hair again…. (so what’s new?)

April 2, 2000  |  Comments Off on “Dreams” Spanish Promo  |  by Zombieguide Archives  |  The Cranberries

Thanks to The pretty Cranberries, we now have scans of that newly-issed “Dreams” promo in Spain. Now why they would re-issue a single for an eight-year-old song, I don’t know, but I guess it still has enough demand that radio stations can still play it.
