The new Mono Band EP was supposed to be released yesterday September 15 but now, 24 hours after, there is still no sign of it in many countries whether searching on Spotify or iTunes. For sure there’s nothing in Russia, USA, Canada, France, Italy, Belgium for now…
Some of our readers are asking for more information but we’re sorry to say we don’t have any and we dont know when the EP will be really out. No one in our team could find it yet.
So, to anyone reading this: Does your local iTunes or Spotify have the new Mono Band EP?
The only sign of a new track is the Facebook message below shared by Noel Hogan a few days ago:
Dan Hegarty will be playing a track from the new Mono Band EP tonight. http://2fm.rte.ie/2fm-shows/dan-hegarty/

More information about the forthcoming Mono Band EP. Below the complete statement published on Noel’s Public Facebook today. Two important things to note: first the EP will be digitally available only and secondly Fin Chambers is on vocals. As you may remember Fin Chambers already appeared among other artists and singers on the original Mono Band project more than a decade ago.
Monoband EP
“Numan’s Voice”
Noel Hogan’s Monoband unveil a new EP – “Numan’s Voice.” An ongoing side-project from his work as guitarist and songwriter with The Cranberries, it’s over 10 Years since Monoband released any material.
These new songs were recorded in Limerick, Ireland and were mixed by Cenzo Townsend. Fin Chambers (ex-Woodstar) is the featured vocalist. These new songs see Hogan drawing upon a wide palette of sonic influences. A digital only release, the EP will be available via iTunes & Spotify.
Noel Hogan just announced a new Mono Band EP to be released next week on September 15. It’s called “Numan’s Voice”, below the image of what seems to be the full cover of the record partially revealed in a teaser last week. No more details for now concerning tracks (EP’s are short, usually 4 to 6 tracks), song titles, name of the singer(s) or even if there is/are singer(s). To be continued…
Yesterday Palace Resorts Entertainment published on their YouTube account a great new aftermovie featuring new images of The Cranberries on stage and backstage in Cancún last February.

Cranberries MEXICO shared a great photo of The Cranberries painted on a wall of a beer garden in Dublin, Ireland. Exact location is not detailed.
How cool!
[EDIT]: Exact location is the terrace that “Pitt Bros Smoked BBQ” and “The Camden” (ex-Jimmy Rabbitte’s) share. Map screenshot on the original post.
Thanks Sigma!

Great and interesting work done by lipecran concerning 3 (now 6) Cranberries videos. Thanks to him and The Cranberries Brasil.
First the comparison between all 3 versions of “Dreams” on the same screen.
The Cranberries Brasil note: “At the top of the screen, the first version, from 1992. Below, to the left, the second version of 1993, and to the right, the third, filmed between 27 and 29 January 1994 in Dublin, Ireland. Although some other videos of the band also have other versions, dreams is the only one with completely different versions of each other.”
Secondly, in the same style, the comparison between all 3 versions of “Zombie”. Some people only knew the existence of 2!! It seems this one just been censored for copyright reasons…
The Cranberries Brasil note: “On the top of the screen, is the most common version, with the song in full length (“No Need To Argue” album). Under it, at left, the version known as “UK Limited Edition” surfaced in early 2000’s and at right the “Alternate”, released in 2009 at VEVO channel of the band. These other two versions have the same lenght, so at some point, the screen will show only the common version, during the missing sound part of these other versions. The common and Alternate versions are very similar while the “UK” shows a lot of differences.”
And last the complete and quite rare alternative version of “Free To Decide”. Brilliant!
EDIT:
Now the comparison between both versions of “Free To Decide”
…and between both versions of “Ridiculous Thoughts”. Great job guys!
One more, “When You’re Gone”
And last, “I Can’t Be With You” and “Zombie” censored on YouTube and reuploaded on Vimeo.

Erratum concerning the rare black and white photo tagged “Dolores in Limerick 2000” on the website akostra.livejournal.com and reported on CW 3 days ago.
A fan just sent us the picture below off a german magazine called “Petra” dated from 1999. Same photo session, almost the same pose. The session then can’t be from the year 2000 and was probably from early 1999.
Krzysztof Świstak, member of the Polish Facebook group “Forum The Cranberries”, found a very rare black and white photo of Dolores side by side with a Teddy bear in Limerick in the year 2000. The photo was taken by Olaf Heine and posted on the website akostra.livejournal.com
Who saw this pic before? A real gem for sure!
New video interview with The Cranberries published yesterday on German website dw.com
Entitled “The Cranberries’ comeback”, the video is about 2:30 min. long.
It’s a mix between 2 sources, one recorded on May 2, 2017 in Berlin during the first show of the European acoustic tour and the other one recorded during the band’s rehearsals in Limerick at ICO Studio possibly in March 2017. Both sources contain live footage and interview.

After the first image of the Analog Spark reissue 3 days ago, here comes the Barnes & Noble version. Below the first image posted on Instagram by abruptmodulation.
This is the translucent red version. There’s no image of the red vinyl itself, hopefully soon!
Concerning the sound inside, it is the same as the Analog Spark one. “turk99”, a user at the “Vinyl Collective” boards, contacted Analog Spark and they confirmed it’s based on their mastering.
UPDATE – JUNE 29 – 5:15 PM (UTC)
Analog Spark just twitted a great picture of the B&N version including the red vinyl, have a look below:

As you may remember the album “Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can’t We?” is going to be reissued on vinyl. Two different pressings are expected: the Barnes & Noble translucent red and the Analog Spark 180 grams.
Both versions were a little delayed for unknown reason. 2 days ago, the first image of the Analog Spark version was posted on Instagram by encorerekkids. Here it is below.
No image yet of the Barnes & Noble red vinyl version but it should appear pretty soon…

“Love Letters from Limerick” is a short film (approximately 4 min. long) which was shown at the LIT presentation last Friday where the “Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can’t We?” giant sign was donated and unveiled. It showcases the creation of this inspiring project.
The film is now available on Vimeo and features a new track by Fergal Lawler simply called “Love Letters”
And as Tom Collins says about the sign: “I love where it is now, it’s on a great blue wall, it looks like a big cloud on a blue wall, it’s a happy cloud”
Everybody Else is Doing It So Why Can’t We?
Texas based sign painter and illustrator Sean Starr collaborated with Limerick sign painter Tom Collins to create a 10ft high 15ft wide hand painted sign placing the title of The Cranberries debut album centre stage on a large cloud. This video showcases the creation of the sign and its installation in a permanent home where it’s elevating message can inspire future generations. Featuring a new track by Fergal Lawler of The Cranberries.
Title almost says it all. Noel got a new tattoo. Today the tattooer Marco C. Matarese from PURO Tattoo Studio in Milano, Italy posted on his socials a picture of him with Noel and his new tattoo:
It was a great honor for me to tattoo Noel Hogan, the lead guitarist and founder of the rock band The Cranberries. Thank you for your trust!

For those who wanted to see the giant sign “Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can’t We?” in the streets of Limerick it’s too late! The sign has now moved and found a new home at the Limerick Institute of Technology also known as LIT.
Last Friday, June 16 at 4pm, there was a special presentation/ceremony with special guests Tom Collins (the local artist who created the sign) and a famous drummer named Fergal Lawler to unveil what has become the new sign on LIT’s campus.
